If you’re curious about Botox, fillers or lasers, I can fill you in. I’ve tried them all. And let me tell you, WHO does the work makes a BIG difference.

Years ago when I won the title of Mrs. Ohio America, as part of my prize package, I won free Botox and collagen from a doctor in Columbus. A month before I flew off to Hawaii for the Mrs. America national pageant… I went to the doctor’s office and got my first Botox injection on my forehead and crows feet… and collagen filler at the corners of my mouth.

I could see the results of the collagen immediately, but the Botox took about 10 days to fully kick in. And when it did, I wasn’t happy. I had a harsh, frozen look that didn’t look pretty at all. I vowed to never try Botox again.

Fast forward ten years. I’d given birth to three kids and didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. My face was covered in brown patches… called melasma. It happens to a lot of women when their pregnant. They get dark patches of skin on their face… it kinda looks like a beard. And it doesn’t go away.

That’s when I heard that lasers could lighten my melasma…and I started to ask around for suggestions of good doctors who could do it.

A friend recommended Dr. Stefanie Christian at Timeless Laser and Skin Care.

From the moment I met Dr. Christian, I liked her. She’s smart, caring and excellent at what she does.

She explained that the IPL laser could lighten my melasma and brown spots and patches on my face. I had four treatments over the course of a year and was amazed at the results. My melasma was gone. And my skin looked like I was a kid again. To this day I don’t have to wear any make-up.

Eventually Dr.Christian convinced me to try Botox again. I was terrified, but she convinced me she would use just a tiny bit… only enough to soften my brow lines… not freeze my face.

And she was right! I still looked like me, but the lines were gone.

If you’ve ever thought about using fillers, Botox or lasers, but you have no idea who to go to, I highly recommend Dr. Stefani Christian. I love what she’s done for me. And she’s treated a bunch of my friends who are all equally happy.
